A delicious pasta and wonderful Zucchini Cakes




Hi again regulars...

    I have had a ton of zucchini and squash from friend's gardens and I love zucchini cakes. I haven't made them in a while and they would be a great way to use the extra veggies that I have, thanks for the idea!
