Has anyone used one of these - A Silicone Ball Whisk???
Here is the advertisement...
Better than the average whisk, this silicone ball whisk features twelve wires at varying lengths with weighted silicone ball tips that move independently to blend every ingredient quicker and better than regular whisks. Safe for nonstick cookware, the ball whisk will reach into every angle or any corner with little effort. This whisk incorporates air as it mixes to create exceptionally light and airy batters for perfect meringues, souffles and cream pies. Whips cream-based ingredients or eggs to peak consistency in record time. Silicone ball tips are heat-safe up to 500 degrees F to blend gravies and sauces lump-free right in the pan. ABS plastic, stainless-steel and silicone. Dishwasher-safe. 6-oz.I am here without my Kitchenaid, and without an electric mixer...

I don't have one. I would also like to know if anyone has tried it out.
ReplyDeleteDave!!! Sucks to hear about your walking papers from paradise buddy. All is good here - drop me an email if you want to chat some....perhaps me, the bike and Kansas now ;)
ReplyDeleteI don't understand the need for the silicone balls on the end, but I've seen the whisk without them before. I just have the regular ole balloon whisks personally, so can't help ya out here Dave.
ReplyDeleteAs far as your other rant... well, don't get me started about what is going on in our beautiful Gulf because yes, while Katrina was bad enough for all of us down here, this is FAR FAR WORSE.
Have two, love them both, no lumps in my gravy anymore!
