I just hope the two of you don't outshine the bride and groom. Have a great day. Irregardless of whether you're explicitly following the rules to a tee. Greek yogurt is one of my FAVORITE snacks to have on hand. It's also great with a peanut butter and honey mix. Just saying. :PJoannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17133232352924060797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776710088092855973.post-24145877920966749562011-05-06T14:44:44.485-05:002011-05-06T14:44:44.485-05:00Well, good for you...though I don't think I co...Well, good for you...though I don't think I could ever do it. Honey w/ Greek Yogurt is my favorite quick breakfast!! As a matter of fact, I think I may just eat it for a snack now that you mention it cuz I'm hungry and it's calling my name. Your soup looks so tasty...I'm all about using bits and bobs for making a satisfying soup.Heather S-Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02722720171083290211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776710088092855973.post-33211643404837982532011-05-06T09:32:10.840-05:002011-05-06T09:32:10.840-05:00Thanks for the tips, and some interesting thoughts...Thanks for the tips, and some interesting thoughts. The soup looks amazing and sounds like it has plenty of flavor. I think it will be awhile before we get a cold blistery day here in Florida, but I would like to make it anyway!Lyndsey ~The Tiny Skillet~http://www.tinyskillet.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6776710088092855973.post-70440336720984895222011-05-06T08:53:45.778-05:002011-05-06T08:53:45.778-05:00Great post! (That and walking an hour or more every day.) I do use honey the way you do -- as a fantastic flavoring agent. As far as I know, honey is metabolized the same way as sugar (ditto for maple syrup), but you’re on the absolute right track using it as a condiment and controlling it. As far as your weight-loss project, three cheers to you (and Jackie). Congrats on your progress!
